Program Description :

Explore the profound sensation of pure 432hz crystal quartz bowls, both heard and felt, which allow memories, emotions, or past wounds to move through you. This is an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from the noise of the external world and to gain curiosity to what’s going on within. A complete holistic experience that includes the mind, body, energy and spirit: using crystal quartz & Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells, drums, wind and chimes.

Sound healing is an ancient practice, that is used to restore harmony for all five layers of the human energy field (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, spiritual).

The intention of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation and explore self-discovery.

Time : 6:15-7pm

Location : Beaverbrooke Community Center, Kanata

Equipment required : yoga mat and a sleeping buddy if desired

Ability requirement : There is no ability requirement.   Participants are to sit/lie down on their yoga mat to listen to the sound.

Fee : $10/individual or $20/family
